    Description

    Up for bids is a 1947 U. S. Air Force Yokota NCO Club Tokyo, Japan Commemorative Pewter Plate.  It is in excellent condition.  No cuts, scratches, dents or discoloration.  Plate measures 10" in diameter.  Plate was made by Pewterex of York, Pa.  I've seen some of these pewter plates before that commemorated the establishment of the U. S. Air Force as a separate branch of the military in 1947 but I've never seen another one like this that listed a separate entity and a location for it.  U.
